Our Coaches
Each coach is trained in the Versa methodology, which combines individualised growth strategies with performance-focused support. We believe that true progress comes from connection, so we place great importance on building genuine, personal relationships with the athletes we support.
Every coach is carefully selected not only for their expertise, but for their ability to mentor, motivate, and walk alongside each athlete in their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
About Versa Sports
While the dream of becoming a full-time professional athlete drives many young players, the reality is that only a small percentage will reach that level. At our core, we exist to empower athletes with the mindset, tools, and life skills to thrive—both within and beyond sport.
We recognise that athletes dedicate countless hours to developing their physical fitness and technical ability. However, mental strength is often overlooked, despite being a critical part of performance and overall wellbeing. Our mission is to change that.
Through tailored programs focused on mental fitness, resilience, self-awareness, and holistic wellbeing, we support athletes on their journey—whatever that journey looks like. Because success isn't just about making it to the top—it's about being prepared for life, on and off the field.
Our Founder
Jonathan Brancati is a dedicated coach and mentor with over 14 years of experience in supporting personal growth and performance development. His journey into coaching was shaped by a series of life-changing experiences that led him to create and deliver impactful programs, keynote talks, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions grounded in authenticity and lived insight.
Jonathan has worked extensively with youth and teens across the Western Sydney community, focusing on mental health, goal setting, and mindset development. His passion lies in helping athletes build a strong sense of identity, resilience, and purpose—both within and beyond sport.
Currently, Jonathan leads the wellbeing strategy for the Western Sydney Wanderers and has contributed his expertise as a guest lecturer at universities. He has also designed and led wellbeing workshops for various organisations and collaborated with the Department of Education to deliver programs that support student wellbeing and performance.

How We Do It
Through our programs with sporting institutions and one on one services, we coach and support athletes into improving their performance through strengthening their mental game.
The Versa Athlete has access to a trusted network of industry professionals—including nutritionists, football coaches, strength and conditioning experts, sports psychologists, brokers, accountants, and legal advisors amongst others.
We work closely with athletes and partners, tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of every individual, team and clubs.
